Smells of cigarettes are very strong in the bus for the 9 hours journey, all they way from we board the bus till we reach the destination. The staff are very helpfull with the luggage, but didnt give clear instruction for the pick up point at the immigration

the bus was late,then stopped in Yon Peng fir a stop says 30 min but i took almost 50 min,then was late in immigration blaming it on other busses

I never travel at all. Something went wrong during booking. My actual travelling is on 25-10-2026, but during booking of the seat and the remaining process the date change to 5-10-2026. I never realised it until the ticket was issued. I did simulation. Something happened again.I have reported this in red bus Facebook under messages . I have attached 3 photos of the whole process. Please look into it and I need an explanation and refund for this. Very very disappointed.
