  • Sindo Ferry is adding in more services between HarbourFront Centre and Batam Centre starting October 2023
  • From 1 September 2023, Batam terminal fee has increased from IDR65,000 to IDR100,000 per passenger. Sindo Ferry ticket prices for all ferry departures from Batam will be increased to accomodate the latest tariff hike in Batam Terminal Fee.
  • After a long hiatus, Sindo Ferry resumed its ferry services from Harbourfront Centre to Waterfront City and back.

As per the latest Sindo Ferry schedule, there will be 2 sailings from Harbourfront Centre to Waterfront City everyday at 10:00 AM, and 02:10 PM, Singapore time. The return ferry from Waterfront City to Harbourfront Centre is available around 1:20 PM (1320 WIB) and 2:50 PM (1450 WIB).

Marine Park Conservation Charge

Tourists visiting Marine Parks Malaysia have to pay a nominal conservation charge as required by the Fees Act 1951, Fees (Marine Parks Malaysia) Order 2017.
