The ferry is well known for its advanced, luxurious, and fast regional fleet. The spacious seating enhances comfort throughout the journey. It has three high-speed ferries: Wavemaster, Majestic M200, and Majestic M317.
Wavemaster is an Australian-designed series of high-speed craft vessels. It can transport 168 passengers (Economy), is 37.5 meters long and 7 meters wide, and is powered by a Caterpillar engine.
The Australia-designed high-speed naval architect can transport up to 200 passengers. The length is 33 meters and 8.5 meters in breadth with MAN engine. It includes Majestic 7, Majestic 8 and Majestic 9.
The Majestic M317 can transport 317 people, with 8 in business class and 309 in economy class. The ferry variant is 39 meters in length and has an MTU Engine.

The Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal taxes, which are payable at the Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal for trips to and from the port, is Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) 40,000 for Indonesian citizens and Rp 60,000 for all other nationalities.
The terminal fee during peak hours, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, is SGD 2.15 for the first hour.
The ferry ticket price covers the ferry services, Singapore passenger departure fee, and Batam terminal fee from boarding to destination.
Passengers must present their boarding passes and passports at the baggage drop counters. Arrive 30 minutes before departure at the terminal to avoid being late. The baggage check-in counter opens in 60 minutes and closes 20 minutes before departure.
Passengers can carry up to 20 kg of luggage, which they can drop off at the counter after check-in. They charge S$1 per kg for excess baggage over 20 kilograms, up to 40 kg per passenger.
Each passenger can carry up to 10 kg. The ideal dimension is 55cm x 40cm x 20cm.
The ferry charges $10 per item for odd-sized luggage, such as surfboards, wakeboards, bicycles, etc, weighing up to 30 kg.
The prohibited items while travelling via ferry are endangered species, weapons, obscene articles, tobacco, drugs or psychotic substances.
Permanent residents of Singapore can avail the Visa-Free facility while travelling to Batam and Bintan (Based on Surat Edaran No. IMI-9840.GR.01.01 Tahun 2024). Eligible Singapore Permanent Residents will get a 4-day visit permit on entering Batam. The permit cannot be extended or converted to a different type of permit.
