The ferry was good, comfortable n clean but the journey is so slow it takes about 2.5 hrs to reach Stulang Laut. Estimated journey time is 1.5 as indicated 🤦🏻♂️🙄

I had a smooth and pleasant experience with Pintas Ferry. The staff were easy to recognise with proper uniforms and were always attentive, especially when checking that all Indonesia immigration forms were correctly filled in. Upon arrival, the crew assisted with luggage and placed it near the entrance, which made disembarking much easier. There is also a small café on board offering simple snacks and 3‑in‑1 coffee packets. Overall, the team took good care of passengers and made the journey comfortable.

The discrepancy between the stated lead time and the actual lead time was significant. In addition, it was unclear whether the indicated time referred to local time or Malaysia time.

The seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The bus was scheduled to arrive at Stulang Laut by 5pm MYT, but it's nearly 7pm and we still haven't reached the destination.
