Outbound: 11AM delayed to 3PM without prior notice. We only found out when we arrived the jetty at 10AM. To make it worse, it didn't even depart at 3PM, it departed around 4PM. Punctuality - OUT. Inbound: Ticket says 2PM, but 2.40PM-ish only ferry arrived. We departed 3PM-ish. Again, no announcement. If there was an update about the delay, we could have at least grabbed our lunch. That's not the end though. During the ride, fire alarm suddenly rang for about 5 mins. No announcement, no reassurance. Some passengers had to get up to seek the staffs and only then they started to walk around. To this day, we still didnt know why it rang. Not long after the alarm stopped, the ferry stopped in the middle of the journey due to bad weather (understandable) and again, no announcement, no reassurance. We were all panicking inside. Punctuality and safety - OUT. ⭐ 1 star for at least we made it home.

From Tg Gemok to Tioman is very pleasant journey with Bluewater Ferry which is Wawasan 3. Ferry condition is very neat, travel time was punctual. Only toilet need to upgrade & maintain.

The second time I booked this ferry, the first time was already delayed, and the second time was also delayed. The aircon was not working until the staff fixed it.
