we are switching bus from Singapore to Checkpoint and check point to KL. and then i booked until KL Sentral, but only until Lalaport

It was suppose to drop us in KL Sentral, instead the bus was stopped at lalaport mall and the driver told that its the last stop and asked everyone to get down.
