Bas tiba lewat 30 minit di Temerloh, kemudian pemandu singgah makan di Dungun dalam perjalanan ke Kuala Terengganu melambatkan lagi perjalanan 30 minit.

Dlm redbus kata 11.45. Sampai TBG, dekat dashboard tu tulis pukul 12. Masa sebenar bas sampai ialah pukul 12.30. Yg bagusnya driver berbudi bahasa dan bas bersih.

On 1 June 2026, I was originally supposed to travel on a double-decker bus. However, because the driver was late, I was instructed to board a regular bus operated by the same company instead. Initially, the driver informed passengers that we would be transferred to the double-decker bus at TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan), but no such bus arrived. The journey continued until the bus suddenly stopped near the Genting Sempah R&R area due to a mechanical breakdown. As a result, I was forced to wait from approximately 2:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. Despite the long delay, no replacement or double-decker bus was provided, and I ultimately had to continue the journey on the same bus. This situation caused a significant waste of time and resulted in unnecessary delays to my travel plans.
