The driver of the bus was highly unprofessional and attempted to pass my stop at the Sarikei junction without pulling over. Fortunately, the other passengers intervened to ensure I was able to disembark. This was a very poor experience.

I bought the sit number for 18 near window site. But the person that at sit number 17 sit on my sit. Told her I’m sit 18 already but she just pretend like dont know. I was wondering how come she dont know what sit she bought, she bought near window or not she also dont know. My first time using bus and had this bad experience. Should train the staff bring passenger to their sit or the sit number should put on sit so passengers can see.
