- Seriously delay 90 minutes while waiting at TBS departure! - Also went to Klang for 2 stop and pickup extra passenger. This apps didn't mention at all!! - Due to whole travel time was delayed. Cause reach boarder checkpoint already super crowed and long queue!!! - Total travel time reach Hatyai have wasted my 13 hours!!!!

The bus comfort, the driver not. Speak unfriendly, not polite. Many ask to stop and he said cannot while can say the reason and sorry. The time very worst booking ticket time 8.30 PM , bus arrive 23.00. Would not repeat except no choices for the particular time.

We departed at noon on Sunday, but due to heavy traffic, we didn't arrive at KL Sentral until 11:45 PM—well past the scheduled arrival time of 8:30 PM. The two drivers were reasonably friendly, and the bus provided water and blankets. I was charged a 10-baht ticketing fee when checking in at the bus office in Hat Yai.

the bus arrived late at TBS and we also arrived late in Hatyai. it's not the driver's entire fault because the traffic was also bad, but if we could respect the time, we might be able to escape the traffic. timing matters. i had to forego my movie ticket because of this. we didn't stop for prayers/lunch too. it's tad disappointing. they have USB A and USB C charging ports. they said they have wifi too but I didn't bother to check.

Starting from Seremban the bus driver turned off the lights and it became pitch dark… the driver keep chating with his assistant in Indian language all the way and disturbed customer during the sleeping time.. after the border imigresen Thailand the driver was talked thru phone during while driving to Hatyai.. no photo because i sit behind level 5
