The driver traveled at an exceptionally slow speed on the highway, causing numerous other coaches to overtake us, which delayed our arrival into KL traffic and stretched the total journey to 7 hours instead of the usual 5. While I appreciate that passenger safety is paramount, this overly conservative pace led to a substantial 2 hour delay, and I hope management reviews driver pacing to better balance road safety with reasonable punctuality.

Excellent coach service with helpful Singapore staff, friendly drivers, and an attentive, professional coach steward. I was pleasantly surprised to experience such a high level of service on a land coach journey. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Transtar Solitaire claims to be a luxury bus service, but the actual experience was a complete disappointment. We were forced to transfer twice to standard, ordinary buses, and we wasted time waiting an extra 20 minutes for a delayed bus. To make matters worse, the complimentary meal provided was terrible. I will definitely never ride with them again.

Toilet was not clean, which affected the overall travel experience.

shuttle bus before malaysia not informed beforehand. the bus was also not clean. no 3pin plug and all usb-c plugs not working. very poor experience for an $80 bus seat when most buses are like $30

My items were stolen during the switching of buses at the Malaysia Customs. When we offboarding at the Malaysia Custom, the passengers left their belongings onboard. However, as I headed back to the bus, the driver told me to change bus and pointed to one that was leaving. I hurriedly collected my belongings from the bottom compartment and rushed over. I knocked on the doors of a moving bus only for that driver to tell me it was not the bus towards lavender. I went back to my original driver and he didn't even know which bus it was till a staff came by and informed me of the correct bus. In the midst of these hecticness, I rushed over to the other bus. Before reaching the Singapore Custom, I realised that I'd left my items onboard and hurried back the moment we stopped there as the bus behind us was my original bus JYK 6189. I went back up and my items were missing. I asked the driver and he didn't know a thing. This was absolutely poor management, scheduling and handling of the switch. We should have been alerted before we were to switch buses at the customs so that we would have collected all our belongings.
