The staff were far from helpful. When I asked them to repeat something—as their English was heavily accented—they continued to speak just as rapidly, making it very difficult to understand them. Furthermore, all the cabin lights were turned off after departure, and neither the reading lights nor the USB power outlets were functional—both before and after the transfer. It is hard to imagine receiving a positive rating under these conditions.

The bus made several stops before reaching my actual destination, around four in total. Although I arrived on time, the multiple stops made the journey feel longer, and it was unclear whether the bus would go directly to the destination or continue making additional stops along the way.

The trip went really smoothly, the bus ran punctually and the staff gave good instructions on what to do when we got to the borders and helped us return to the bus. I would book with 707 again.
