Excellent experience overall, just a small issue worth bringing up is that during the last few miles, we smell cigarettes for 10 minutes straight, but overall experience is a 4.7.

We took the bus from Berjaya Times Square bus company Starmart Express. The bus app did not state that we need to switch bus from time square to another pick up location. When we were in another pick up location they didn't say that we need to wait here for our bus Vpn6 double deck. The Starmart Express staff member in Berjaya times square also don't want to say anything just pointing or couldn't careless in attending. The image shown is the transit bus. This is ridiculous and messy! Forever messy don't know why this has never been resolved. Why everytime day buses are so messy always have to change and switch buses.

The overall trip took 1 extra hour. This was due to the us losing 40mins being shuttle from one location to another the driver having to do his own stop for 10 mins, just after we started. They also stopped for petrol and food snacks outside of the standard stop. We have 5 stops of varying times along the way.
