Several elderly ladies (2-3 people) repeatedly asked the driver to stop at any rest stop along the highway because they urgently needed to use the toilet. Unfortunately, the driver ignored their requests and only stopped at a subpar restaurant/rest stop in Cherating. We were extremely disappointed with this bus service.
