Didnt mention that is not direct bus. Estimated arrive to butterworth 5.45 am - 6.00 am but i have to stop terminal sungai nibol at 8.30 am because it already too late. So dissapointed with this trip !!!!

Communication was extremely poor throughout the trip. I could not locate the Super Nice bus in front of Estadia Hotel, and when I checked at Hatten Hotel, staff repeatedly directed me back to Estadia. After several calls to redBus, I received conflicting information. Initially, I was told the bus was delayed, then informed that the pickup point was actually at Hatten Square, and later advised of another delay while being given the operator's contact number. Eventually, around 3:15 PM, I was informed that the bus had already departed at 2:00 PM and was on the highway, leaving no solution for same-day travel. The lack of clear communication and the misinformation provided made for a very frustrating experience.
