The bus broken less than 1 hour after depart then the bus stop at the side road. Also there has cockroach on the bus🪳

The bus company combined the operation of three differently timed buses (of 12pm, 12:30 pm, and 1pm) into one, which is the 1pm bus schedule. I was expecting to avoid the jam, which was why I decided to take the 12pm bus, but based on their google reviews, seems like this is a common practice by them to combine buses.
