Some reviews on Facebook made us concerned about their punctuality. Our bus was scheduled for a trip from 12:00-17:00. We boarded at 12:12 and arrived at TBS at 16:20ish. That should tell you about their punctuality, in addition to their comfort and bus condition.

Very frustrated , my ticket was at 5pm but the bus arrived at 7.30 without any information in prior . Even Larkin sentral customer service doesn’t about the bus arrival time status . This is second time when I booked Neo liner at 5pm . Don’t give excuses the bus late because of traffic however should inform passenger .
