Bas sampai lambat 30 minit, tunggu bas gerak 30 minit, total damage 1 jam, lepas tu tak berhenti dekat rnr besar yang ada surau, tandas, tempat makan complete, pergi stop dekat rnr yang kecil ada tandas je sangat tak reasonable tukar jelah driver kalau driver tu dah kerja lama, kalau pekerja baru mungkin boleh dinasihatkan lagi. Tolong improve ya terima kasih

The bus delayed almost 1hour and when I kept asking the staff to get info from the bus but the staff told me to wait. When I asked “when do the bus arrive?” The staff said “Sudah Jalan” it’s very weird because I asked many time he said wait and wait and the last time I asked the bus went alr. He didn’t announce for boarding and the screen in front also didn’t show the bus details

Oct. 7 5:30am Leoliner bus come 6am & so I complain to bus driver why delayed..he said no complain to him he just follow his time schedule.Driver said Compain to company not me. And ask me not to ride Leoliner next time. What kind of seevice this company staff have!
