There was no tv screen, bus seats were also not luxury, this was our first trip to malaysia, we didnt had luxury bis feeling, bus was very average like local bus, not happy at all

The journey took much longer than expected. Although the booking indicated a travel time of 4.5 hours, we only arrived in KL after about 7.25 hours. The driver on the second leg was unfriendly, did not allow passengers to eat or drink on the bus, and spent a lot of time on the phone. On the positive side, the driver on the first leg from Singapore to JB was friendly and helpful. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not choose Luxury Bus again.

It was okay, i actually choose the luxury double deck, during my location pick up was that bus but once crossing at JB customs we were led to another bus, single deck and wish it was the initial luxury bus that i choose seats for but the bus was acceptable and driver was professional and aircon was good, seat was comfortable. Reach almost in time, still a very acceptable range. Yeah for the price i would say a safe travel.
