trip on 630 am but had to wait until 8.30 am just because they merge the trip from 6:30 am - 8:00 am to be in one bus. SHOULD HAVE TOLD / MENTION THAT THIS IS MERGING BUS SO THAT I CAN TAKE OTHER BUS. WHATS THE POINT OF ARRIVING AT THE TBS AT 550 IN THE MORNING FOR MY 630 BUS BUT END UP GETTING ON THE BUS ON 820 AM. WASTED MY TIME FOR 2 FREAKING HOURS WHEN I SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED AT SKUDAI ON 11 BUT END UP ON 1 PM

I bought ticket for 6am but the bus reach at platform around 7.30am. I waited for 1 n half hours. if the operator couldn't make it on time please inform in advance so I won't buy the ticket. please look after this matter very seriously
