bas sampai lambat sejam, patut pukul 11 malam tapi pukul 12 baru sampai, bila dah gerak boleh pulak stop bukan main lama, dari klang ke alor setar saje dekat 10 jam, dah la kena tukar bas, sangat tak recommend

I booked this operator because it offered an early schedule . After that what i didnt expect is that the bus was late half an hour, and they need to wait wait for the bus to be full so we waited on total of an hour. We could have booked another operator like KKKL but we chose this because it really offers half an hour early. Turned out we departed an hour later. And what pissed me off is that the rest of bus was on time and departed already and we were still waiting. So any of you if you want to depart on time, please do not choose this unless you are ok to depart an hour later than expected schedule

11.30 tapi pukul 12.15 baru bas sampai, itu pun tak diberitahu yang dah tukar bas. Beli tiket 1 seat tiba2 kena duduk 2 seat dgn stranger. Pastu kena tukar bas lagi. Bas pulak turunkan dekat tol shj, bukan kat stesen.

Bas bersih dan selesa. Ruang kaki yang luas, tempat mengecas berfungsi dengan baik dan kerusi sangat selesa untuk perjalanan jauh. Terima kasih.

We reach kulim 6am only. Very bad. Bus stopped for so long to refill fuel. Nearly 1 hour

delay, and sl slow(late to arrive)

I took Permata Utara bus, from TBS to Larkin on 18/10/2026 at 11.45 pm. Unfortunately, the bus has arrived TBS around 12.30 am. I booked this bus because from the Redbus apps, it said, this bus got 4.7 star rating. Unfortunately, it was far away from the standard. Too bad.

Delayed 45mins without early notice or anything. Tahu tahu combine with the next trip. Yg
