7 hr trip cos there were too many and too long breaks

The ticket stated Alor Gajah Sentral as the drop‑off point, but passengers were instead dropped at Simpang Ampat Exit at 4 am. That location had no Grab service available at that hour, nor sufficient resting facilities. To make matters worse, it started raining shortly after. At the very least, the bus should have dropped passengers at a 24‑hour petrol station with a 7‑Eleven opposite, or near a 24‑hour mamak stall. Dropping people at a deserted exit in the middle of the night is unsafe, especially for solo female travelers. The destination name should be corrected to reflect the actual drop‑off point.

The woman in the office was not very friendly, but the driver was nice.

We stopped too many times, including 35 minutes at a gas station to fix the bus and another 20 minutes before arrival when the driver took a break.

The bus was new, clean, and comfortable, but there was a bus switch along the way and communication could have been clearer.

due to an accident in the highway, 2 hours was wasted for me to catch my flight, but thats a problem beyond anyones ability yo fix or predict, what im dissatisfied is how slow the bus drivers are when driving in the highway. Not only that, i specifically ordered a ticket that goes to KliaT2 but the driver said he only goes to T1 when it specifically said Terminal 2 in my ticket, if he had dropped me off at Terminal 2 in the first place i would've caught my flight at the last minute. but because he didnt want to stop at Terminal 2, i had to wait 20 minutes for a shuttle bus to go to Terminal 2, which confirms me missing my flight.
