the bus condition was so old and the driver was so rude! my 64 years old mom asked she can go down for a while to go to toilet at hentian duta stop and the driver was so rude and got angry towards her. its never okay to be rude to people especially old folks

dekat tiket tempat drop utc tpi driver drop dekat stesen bus lama. supposed to drop tempt yg sama dekat tiket sebb sy da amik grab awal masuk location sama dgn tiket . lastly location drop berubah masa naik bus so kne tukar dengn driver grab .nasib baik driver grab jenis consider kalau dia cancel susah nk cari grab ganti pagi pagi
