Tempat cas rosak dan bas sampai lambat 10 minit. Berhenti pula lama betul, pemandu tu suka sangat sembang. Bas pukul 8.20 malam ke KLIA2, sampai dalam pukul 2.30 pagi, dekat 8 jam. Aircond pula kejap buka kejap tutup. Kali ketiga naik, tapi kali ni paling teruk.

The bus was delayed by over an hour. We had booked it according to our tight schedule and had to rush to catch the KTM train, which was stressful. Although traffic can be unpredictable, being late on an empty highway is unacceptable. The company should prioritize passenger comfort and employee punctuality. Apart from the delay, the services were good, with comfortable seats, sufficient legroom, and a functional leg rest.
