Delayed for almost 3hours, the boarding time is at 8.00pm, bus arrived around 10.55pm, arrive parit buntar around 3.30am, tomorrow work ask the TBS staff said no updates from operator, then they switch the bus, but the bus still comfy and comes with usb charger, but still the super long delay is not acceptable as tomorrow im working.

The bus was in a terrible state with cockroaches moving about in the passenger seat. The plug point for charging and the leg rest was broken. The driver decided to wait for 30-40 minutes to exchange passengers with another bus. I would not recommend this bus service for anyone
