Do children need their own bus seat on 707 buses?
You will have to book a separate bus ticket for children 2 years old and above.
Do I need to print my bus ticket to board the bus?
There are two main scenarios that you might fall into when you have to board a bus. Now, if your boarding point is at any terminal in Singapore, passengers will have to take a print out of the bus ticket that has been sent to the email in a PDF format. The second scenario is when your boarding point is a bus stop and not a terminal. In this case, you will receive an M-ticket that you will have to produce before boarding your bus. If the operator does not provide an M-Ticket, you will have to take a printout of the ticket (PDF) that has been sent to the registered email ID that you have used to book the bus ticket on the redBus website. Some operators might levy a charge if these conditions are not followed.
Should I book my bus ticket at the counter or via online platforms?
That depends on what works best for you. You could book a ticket at the counter but you might be too late to book a comfortable window seat or risk being too late to book any seat at all. Online bus booking is easy and convenient and you check bus timings, fares, available seats, pick-up and drop-off points, discounts and offers, and much more.
Is my credit card information secure on the website?
Yes. Credit card information you enter on the redBus site is secure since it only employs the best-in-class security. Moreover, redBus uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers) data encryption.
Will the 707 Inc coach wait for me if I am late to the boarding point?
It is always best to reach the boarding point at least 30 minutes before the departure. Since the buses need to reach the destination on time, you cannot expect a bus to be waiting for you at the boarding point beyond the boarding time.
How are passengers notified of delays or changes to the trip?
redBus or the Bus Operator will contact you by phone or email if there are delays or changes to your trip. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so that you can be informed about the changes.
Are there rest stops during the journey?

After the toll, we were unexpectedly transferred roadside to a mini bus for the onward journey to Hatten Hotel. The sudden arrangement was surprising, and in the rush my child left behind a blue water bottle. The mini bus driver kindly assured us he would speak with the bus driver to try retrieving it, even though we explained it was neither valuable nor sentimental. The next day, I received a message from the company that the bottle had been placed at the hotel lobby for collection. I sincerely thank both the bus driver and the mini bus driver for going the extra mile to help, despite the item’s little value. This thoughtful gesture made the experience truly memorable, and I strongly recommend traveling with 707 Bus Company. My deepest appreciation to the two drivers for their kindness.
