Although the bus arrived about 20 minutes late due to unexpected traffic, the driver apologized and explained the situation kindly. I was a little frustrated at first, but his friendly attitude made the experience much better. The driver was friendly, kind, and helpful, and the ride was smooth overall. We even arrived almost on time.
