Bus driver not respecting schedules, customers or stops. 4 hours late is outrageous!!! As well as driving at 50km/h. Awful

Stopped multiple times in JB Staff attitude was good though!

it was a very bad experience,this is not the first time i have similar driver always ask to switch the buses and delay and stop for too long in few petrol stations

Only stop for toilet at Yong Peng and not for food as journey is more than 4 hours

Unable to adjust the seat Switch once bus - this is acceptable, staff informed earlier at counter Multiple stops within Singapore area, especially waiting at a place near Jurong, for about 20-30 minutes, causing unnecessary delays and wasting passengers’ time The ticket I bought is to go Lalaport KL, but the bus stop at TBS. I questioned the driver and he was like don’t know about this. Then he asked me to wait and tried to find help from another bus to send me to Lalaport. I waited for about 10-15 minutes again. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable

I was seated at 25, but the driver slept at the back, snoring loudly throughout the trip. His sandals placed next to my seat gave off an unbearable stench, making the service very unpleasant, despite his good driving skills.

The trip was great, and the driver was incredibly kind and patient. He waited for us the entire time during immigration, even though we were held up for around 40 minutes. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommended!
