The RNF ticket only allowed the bus to stop at Larkin terminal which was inconvenient.

I chose V Express for its high ratings and paid a higher price, but the bus was dirty with cockroaches crawling near my seat. This made it impossible to rest. Hygiene is the biggest issue and needs urgent improvement. The footrest’s rebound function was also uncomfortable. Please improve the standards.
