 The contact person at boarding point never answered the messages/calls. So almost missed the bus, because the instructions given about the boarding point were not exact. The bus stopped for a more than 30 minutes repair (engine failure) at Sanwa HQ and later at the Muadzam Shah bus terminal. The driver never let the passengers know how long the stop would be (so no one knew if we have enough time for toilet, buying some snacks, etc.). The airconditioner in the bus was so loud that after 30 minutes we got a serious headache. The overall experience was really disappointing, especially after a really good one with the same Sanwa on the way to Tanjung Gemok from KL a few days earlier.

 The car was very comfortable, clean, and looked new. The air conditioning worked well, and the USB ports for phone charging were sufficient. However, it would be better if there was no cigarette or smoke smell, as it made me feel dizzy and made it hard to sleep.
