I took the bus yesterday, and the seat could not be reclined. This made me feel very uncomfortable and eventually caused me to vomit. I have never experienced motion sickness before, so this was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the bus company can improve the seating facilities to ensure passengers are more comfortable, especially during long journeys.

Saya sangat kecewa dan marah dengan perkhidmatan bas NSK! Bas sangat kotor, berbau busuk dan dipenuhi lipas kecil, termasuk di kawasan tempat duduk, tempat letak kaki dan ruang bagasi. Seat belt pun tidak selesa digunakan dalam keadaan sebegini, malah port pengecas telefon juga tidak berfungsi. Lebih teruk, apabila saya meminta untuk bertukar tempat duduk, pemandu menjawab dengan kasar bahawa semua tempat ada lipas. Penumpang lain yang bertanya tentang port pengecas rosak juga dilayan dengan cara yang tidak profesional. Bunyi bising berhampiran tayar belakang pula menyebabkan saya langsung tidak dapat tidur. Pihak NSK, tolong periksa keadaan bas sebelum membawa penumpang! Kami membayar tambang untuk perjalanan yang bersih, selamat dan selesa, bukannya untuk duduk bersama lipas dan dilayan dengan kasar. Sila ambil tindakan segera terhadap kebersihan bas, kemudahan yang rosak dan sikap pemandu. Perkhidmatan seperti ini memang sangat mengecewakan dan tidak boleh diterima!
