The bus was clean and comfortable, with several stops along the way. There was a one-hour delay, so it's good to plan accordingly if you have a tight schedule. The driving was rather calm and steady, unlike the faster pace on the way there. Overall, a recommendable experience.

I don't know why this time, I'm having different experience using this bus. Last time, it was absolute nice and unforgettable experience (having nice driver who help in lifting the bag, blanket provided, free drink, spacious seat). But this one, totally opposite.

My seat could recline, but it could not return to its upright position, causing discomfort during the journey. Additionally, although it was stated that a charging port was available, none were found.
