dah tunggu awal, 8.40 dah kluar tunggu, bas jam 9.. ada jetbus sblm 9 smpai tapi bila tanya nak ke TBS, katanya belum lagi, tanya kaunter, ditegur kenapa beli online, sedangkan dah tanya kaunter perlu print tiket x, dan di bagitau x perlu . please la improve!sgt buang masa dan duit utk orang yg ada connecting bas!

TBS Gates 5 and 7 were blocked and closed for sudden escalator maintenance without any announcement, and no technician was actually seen on site. All passengers, including children, were forced to walk toward the Gate 1 and 13 escalators at the far opposite end after inquiring at the information counter. This caused a huge, unregulated crowd and delayed boarding during peak hours on Sunday afternoon. The vehicle condition was still acceptable by Malaysian standards for an hour long journey.
