Pertama kali menaiki bas, malangnya bas rosak di tepi jalan. Memang satu pengalaman yang tak dijangka. Tapi paling kesian penumpang yang sedang mengejar penerbangan atau perlu masuk kerja, lama juga kami tersadai. Mohon pihak syarikat pastikan bas diselenggara dengan baik agar kejadian seperti ini tidak berulang.

The bus broke down just 15 minutes after departure. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of maintenance. It caused delays and inconvenience to all passengers.
