I had a very disappointing experience. We had to wait for almost one hour before the bus arrived. On top of that, the driver used rude and inappropriate language towards passengers, which was very unprofessional. The condition of the bus was also poor and uncomfortable. Overall, the service did not meet basic expectations, and I hope improvements will be made to ensure better treatment of passengers in the future.

staff kaunter perlu beri maklumat dgn jelas bukan hanya bg tau'pergi cari abg tu utk ambil no' perlu cakna,kami penumpang bukan pekerja yg bekerja di kaunter yg blh kenal org yg d maksudkan.Staff di kaunter tidak membantu langsung.Mujur abg yg d katakan oleh staff itu call utk makluman bas sudah tiba dan bersedia utk bertolak.Terima kasih Pak Cik dan driver bas.
