Overall, the journey was good and I would have given 5 stars if not for the unexpected bus change in the middle of the night. This was not mentioned during booking and caused some inconvenience, especially regarding passenger safety and insurance coverage. I believe passengers should be able to complete the journey on the same bus as booked. Other than this issue, everything was fine. Hope this can be improved in the future.

we should arrive at 7pm, but arrived at 11pm instead, thats 4 HOURS DELAY. Too MANY stops, almost every city they stop. And each stop takes about 20-40mins. Kuala Perlis - Penang takes 5 hours? Crazy. Unpleasant experience, the seat doesnt incline, the plug doesnt work.
