there is no USB port or convenience socket provided inside the bus. Should mention if the service is not provided in the app so people will avoid taking this bus.

The staff were extremely rude. I understand the need to maintain cleanliness, but refusing to let us bring upstairs? was expected to finish them all at once? Not allowing heavy meals is understandable, but this is just unreasonable. The way he talk like we are begging him for our life! Please learn to communicate politely and treat customers with respect.

The bus was an hour late, without proper communication being made by staff at the Larkin Sentral. When the bus arrived, we were prohibited to enter unless we put our bag in the bag compartment down the bus, regardless the bag is small. This cause congestion when we want take the bag upon arrival. Such unnecessary arrangement and hassle to passengers.
