Driver oscillated between disrupting passenger comfort and endangering passenger lives. Spent most of the journey on his phone (making calls, texting, online shopping, voice notes and super loud TikTok videos), and otherwise consumed a pack of cigarettes by driving one-handed, smoking out the window (we could still smell it), throwing butts at the scenery and negating any AC we were getting with his window wide open. Unsafe and inconsiderate. Needs a new job
