Everything was awseome. The seating ✅️ the cleanliness ✅️ the service ✅️ But there was a 47 mins delay which makes our plan in batam had to be slightly changed.

The staff were really kind and helpful. I was supposed to take the 7:45 AM ferry and thought my ticket was already forfeited since I missed it. Thankfully, the staff allowed me to change my ticket to the 11:45 AM ferry instead. Really appreciate their understanding and great service
