Bus delayed for 1 hour and 20 minutes and I'm not hearing any "sorry" from the bus operator or driver.

Bus were two hours late and when finally arrived and on the road , the bus broke down in the middle of highway . Waited another 30mins just to get replacement and finally on the way . Originally should have arrived Penang at 3.30pm but due to the incompetence of the conditions of error made , I arrived 3 hours later which would have been avoided . The only good thing is the driver were very courteous and well mannered which made the difference. Please in the future do let us know in advance of the bus is running late so we could organised something to do in between .

New bus but the absorber needs to be considered. When the driver turns to left, can feel the noise ( friction noise)

The trip was smooth and comfortable. The bus arrived on time, and the driver drove safely without speeding. I reached my destination as scheduled. Overall, a good experience.

Nice and smooth journey with clean interior inside , bus depart and arrived on time...The bus drive is friendly and approachable, definitely will repeat again...June 20-21 ,2026 , Penang Sentral to Kl Sentral vice versa 🫶😻
