When I arrived, my reserved spot was occupied. I was then informed that the bus had taken people from the 2.30 bus (Im in the 2.45 bus). Then the manager seemed to have added an extra person in the bus. So the bus capacity of 44 now has 45 people. Good thing the manager took out the extra person. Me and my child now had to ask the courtesy of a single seater, so i can have a double seat. I know transport is expensive now, but manage it well la. Giving two stars just because we safely arrived to TBS
